Palmetto Audiology is located on the St. James Avenue end of Crowfield Boulevard. From St. James Avenue take the second right onto Spring Hall Drive and we are in the first parking lot on the left, across the street from Charleston ENT. Patients traveling from College Park Road will take the first Spring Hall Drive entrance. That entrance is the first left turn after the tree lined medians begin, at the end of Crowfield Boulevard.
