Palmetto Audiology and Speech Therapy

Palmetto Audiology is located in the Oakbrook area of Summerville. We are conveniently located in the same building as   First Citizens Bank.

Directions From Charleston:
Take Exit 205 B onto Rt 78. At the second traffic light, make a left onto Ladson Road. Take Ladson Road to the end, make a right onto Dorchester. At the next light, make a right hand turn onto Old Trolley Road. We are on the right side of the road 0.4 of a mile down between Oakbrook Center and Hill Tire Center.

Directions Form Summerville:
We are located on the Oakbrook side of Summerville at the end of Old Trolley Road. Old Trolley Road can be accessed from 17A, Bacons Bridge, Miles Jamison and The Berlin G Myers Parkway. We are located between Hill Tire Center and Oakbrook Center.

Palmetto Audiology is located on the St. James Avenue end of Crowfield Boulevard. 

From St. James Avenue:
Turn onto Crowfield Boulevard. Take your SECOND right onto Springhall Drive, exactly 0.4 miles. DO NOT GET CONFUSED AND TAKE YOUR FIRST RIGHT ONTO SPRINGHALL DRIVE. Make an immediate left into the parking lot and we are in the very back corner. 

From College Park Road:
Turn onto Crowfield Boulevard and travel 2.7 miles.  Look for the road to split into four lanes and you will take the second left onto Spring Hall Drive. Make an immediate left into the parking lot and we are in the very back corner.
