Palmetto Audiology and Speech Therapy represents the area's highest quality and most accessible Audiology and Speech Pathology services. The provider / patient relationship is the foundation of our integrity. Founded in 2006, we have helped nearly 1000 patients improve their quality of life through enhanced abilities to communicate.

Palmetto Audiology values our patients like they are family. When you come into our office, you will always have fresh coffee and cookies awaiting you just like you walked into the home of an old friend. We want to help our patients be successful with their treatment plans and hearing aid fittings. We will do everything in our power to make them a success!

We are  the only office in the Lowcountry now offering a true hearing rehabilitation program. Like physical therapy helps a patient "learn to walk" again. Aural Rehabilitation therapy helps a patient "learn to hear" again.
